Privacy Policy

Who we are
NURiQ is a product of ORYNE Inc., a Delaware C-Corp. Our marketing site lives at nuriq.ai and our product at app.nuriq.ai. Contact: team@oryne.io.
What we collect
On the marketing site we collect what you submit through forms (name, work email, company, role, revenue band, and any message you send), plus standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, referrer). We also use cookies for analytics, gated on your consent.
Why we collect it
Form submissions exist to route you to the right NURiQ operator and to schedule a working session. Analytics exists to help us understand which pages are useful and which are not. We do not sell your data and we do not enrich it with third-party identity providers.
How long we keep it
Demo request records are retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics events are retained per the standard PostHog and GA4 retention windows.
Who else sees it
We use Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Vercel Postgres (form storage), PostHog (product analytics, session replay limited to the demo form), and GA4 (marketing analytics). Each is bound by its own DPA.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email team@oryne.io and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are off by default in the EU until you grant consent. You can revoke consent at any time by clearing the nuriq-cookie-consent cookie or asking us in writing.
Changes
We will update this policy in place and bump the effective date at the top. Material changes will be announced at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
